The successful applicant will join a highly motivated skilled team, working in a safe manner following Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality guidelines. They will need to have a high standard of welding/fabrication experience preferably 5 years plus, in MIG and MMA with the ability to read fabrication drawings and follow detailed specification instructions, with good mathematical skills and confidence in working with angles and measuring is essential, be deadline driven without compromising quality and a willingness to work overtime.
Previous experience, ideally in a heavy engineering/fabrication environment and competent with handheld equipment including welding plant, grinders, drills, oxy/acetylene cutting equipment and fabrication machinery such as brake press, guillotine and rollers will be required.
Package: Good Rate of pay £11.76- £15.38 per hr. 42 ½hr Working Week with 30 days Holiday and Pension Scheme.
We will be conducting trial days asap with the aim of an immediate start where possible.
